Snowline Engineering's precision sheet metal and fabrication capability utilizes an assortment of machine tools. We routinely fabricate components from aluminum, stainless steel, steel, copper and other aircraft alloys.

Snowline Engineering (Qty 1 ea) Mazak Optiplex 4000 Watt laser: 60"x120" sheet capacity, 1" thick steel 3/8" thick stainless steel and 1/4" thick aluminum cutting capabilities.

Snowline Engineering (Qty 1 ea) Flow Mach 4 4020b, 87,000 PSI Water Jet: Dynamic XD cutting head, full 5 axis, with 72"x144" cutting table.

Snowline Engineering (Qty 1 ea) Flow Integrated Flying Bridge 6012, 87,000 PSI Water Jet: With 72"x144" cutting table.

The Snowline Engineering paint department is housed in 3500 square feet within building 2. Snowline is certified to apply wet paint by Lockheed Martin to C-378-M and Mil-F-18264.
